I'm a born and bred New Yorker and a dancer at heart. I danced my first steps at the age of 3, and continued to dance throughout college. I studied all forms of dance including ballet, tap, jazz and modern, and the pure joy of movement and performing ignited a life-long passion for dance and fitness. Yet life has its twists and turns which takes us in our own direction.
Fast forward fifteen+ years and with a fast-paced PR career in tow, I felt unsatisfied and burnt out. I craved being in a studio again and became certified in Pilates by LindaFit and barre3.
Today I teach both Pilates and barre classes at some of NYC's top studios and gyms- barre3 West Village and Equinox and at barre3 Livingston, NJ.
As a wife and a new mom, I'm quickly learning how to balance it all (is it possible? who knows!) and I love sharing my experiences, knowledge and love of movement with my clients.
As a professional Fitness Instructor specializing in Pilates and barre, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
