I miss being in the studio, but we can still move together virtually! All classes are held via ZOOM unless otherwise specified.

JM BARRE FUSION

Wednesdays 6pm ET

Jenna's Barre Fusion class combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, strength training AND a burst of cardio into a dynamic format that will transform your body and mind! You will activate muscles at their deepest level targeting specific areas of the body. High repetition by design with low weights (always optional) and bodyweight followed by an extended isometric hold is her signature. Postures and transitions are sequenced purposefully to create layers of work followed by an intentional stretch and focus on breath. Results? Long, lean lines, serious tone and a sense of connection to YOU. 45 minutes.

HIP-HOP PILATES

Fridays 10:30am ET

Light up every muscle with this core-forward Pilates class that sets traditional moves to a heart-pumping hip-hop soundtrack. Through continuous fusion choreography, you’ll electrify your burn, strength, and flexibility. 45 minutes.

Barre3 is rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 is designed to lift, lengthen, and tone your entire body. Its signature, results-oriented three-step sequence includes an isometric hold, controlled one-inch movements, and functional large range of motion. 60 minutes. All levels.
