Service Description

Jenna's Barre Fusion class combines elements of ballet, yoga, Pilates, strength training AND a burst of cardio into a dynamic format that will transform your body and mind! You will activate muscles at their deepest level targeting specific areas of the body. High repetition by design with low weights (always optional) and bodyweight followed by an extended isometric hold is her signature. Postures and transitions are sequenced purposefully to create layers of work followed by an intentional stretch and focus on breath. Results? Long, lean lines, serious tone and a sense of connection to YOU.
