Welcome! Thanks for stopping by.  During these crazy, unprecedented times movement is more important than ever! My goal is to motivate and inspire you to (re) connect to your body via Pilates and barre inspired beat-driven flows, build strength and amplify your energy!   I currently offer virtual ZOOM workouts, in addition to private and semi-private ZOOM sessions.   Scroll down for more info.

CUSTOMIZED PRIVATE

My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Core stability and training.  Pilates focuses on engaging the mind with the body to create exercises that involve the whole body. Every exercise is performed with attention to the breath, proper form and efficient movement patterns done as mat exercises or with props to tone and strengthen the body. We'll strengthen the core, improve balance, increase coordination and decrease stress. The exercises are safe, low impact and appropriate for any age. We'll focus on learning to move better so the benefits are felt in everyday life. Let's burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health to get you in optimal shape.

CUSTOMIZED SEMI-PRIVATE

There’s nothing more fun (and more comfortable) than exercising with your friends!  Form a workout group and pick a time to get in shape together!  Class size is limited (up to 6 students) in order to offer a high level of personal attention. 
Choose between Mat Pilates, Pilates Fusion, and Barre classes.

PRENATAL

Our sessions will emphasize pelvic floor and back strengthening, postural improvement, flexibility and core stabilization by using safe techniques to prepare your body for a successful birthing experience. My customized program is available from the first trimester through labor. You will learn how to accommodate the changes that occur in the body during pregnancy as the body is prepared for labor while being realigned for birth.

POST NATAL

Having a baby is a special time in your life!  My sessions are designed to help heal post partum as you re-enter the world as a new mother while regaining yourself and your connection to your body. We'll focus on rehabilitating the pelvic floor, closing the abdominals and realigning the spine. Using this gentle approach will help re-build the strength of your body from inside out. My unique program will cover safe and beneficial exercises for a post partum you up to one year after birth.
